Owner, Brand Strategist

With 25+ years of brand strategy and innovation experience, Krissy brings a rare blend of client-side leadership, agency expertise, and engineering rigor.

She previously served as a Marketing Director in P&G’s Venture Start-up Studio and has worked with many of the world’s top brands, including 3M, P&G, J&J, Target, Walmart, Beam-Suntory, and Gucci.

Krissy has a proven track record of positively impacting business results, brand strength, and organizational effectiveness.

Michael Kuremsky 
Brand & Creative Strategist

With 30+ years of brand leadership, Michael is a seasoned strategist known for building iconic brands, breakthrough ideas, and high-performing teams.

He previously served as VP and Franchise Leader for one of P&G’s flagship billion-dollar brands and brings deep expertise in differentiated positioning, big-idea innovation, and new product development.

Michael is also a Branding Professor at Xavier University, as well as a Board Advisor and Executive Coach.

Emily Coury
Brand & Consumer Strategist

Emily is a seasoned brand strategist and consumer behavior expert who helps brands make smarter decisions and tell more compelling stories.

She has spent the past decade advising Fortune 500 companies and agencies on brand fundamentals, insight-led innovation, and communication, after beginning her career at Procter & Gamble and leading 12+ global launches on flagship beauty brands.

Her consulting experience spans Beauty, Technology, Retail, Health & Wellness, and Education.

Natalie George
Consumer Strategist

With 15+ years of experience, Natalie is an insights and strategy consultant who uncovers human truths and translates them into clear strategic direction.

A qualitative and empathy-driven expert, she has partnered with brands across the full innovation lifecycle, including as a former Senior Strategist and Research Leader at SEEK.

Natalie is known for revealing people’s motivations and “why,” turning rich human stories into strategic clarity, meaningful action, and growth.

Hope Norman
Consumer Strategist

With 15+ years of experience, Hope is a qualitative researcher and strategist known for asking thoughtful questions and noticing answers that do not fit neatly into a slide.

She has studied how people think, decide, and change across nearly every major industry, partnering with both consumer-facing and B2B teams, and strengthened her academic grounding through graduate study in psychology at Harvard Extension School.

Her work blends empathy, rigor, and practical application to turn insight into real change.

Kevin Wenzel
Brand Strategist & AI Expert

Kevin brings a distinctive combination of marketing leadership, business strategy, and applied AI expertise.

A 21-year veteran of P&G Brand Management, he led B2C and B2B portfolios across innovation, marketing, and insights, delivering record results, new marketing models, and award-winning work. He later helped lead generative AI adoption for a major business unit, defining dozens of use cases and training 700+ employees worldwide.

Kevin now consults at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and AI and lectures at Michigan Ross.

Her work spans immersive environments, documentary-style storytelling, social media, film, and visual design.

Arian has led large-scale experiences, directed 100+ short-form videos, and built global creative initiatives that make important ideas more human, memorable, and meaningful.

Honesty Billups 
Digital Marketing Intern

Honesty is a Digital Marketing Intern at Bright Strategy and a student at Walnut Hills High School, where she explores how businesses connect with people through branding, content, and digital strategy.

Combining an interest in technology and creativity, she brings a fresh perspective to projects while building skills in website development, social media, and digital communications.

Honesty hopes to pursue computer science and use problem-solving, innovation, and technology to create meaningful solutions and make a positive impact.

Ellie Little

Ellie is a Bright Strategy intern and Walnut Hills High School student who brings creativity, discipline, and a strong work ethic to everything she does.

A high-achieving, multi-sport athlete, she balances rigorous academics with competition while developing skills in marketing, communication, and brand strategy through her internship experience.

Passionate about science, athletics, and helping others, Ellie hopes to pursue a career in medicine, combining leadership, teamwork, and service to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
